STEP 2: Start Your Monthly Subscription ($200 Initial Fee plus $99/month for 12 months)
After the free initial video call, if you’re ready to move forward, we will immediately start your subscription. The Initial Fee of $200 unlocks your access to our line of comprehensive services and includes our men’s health lab panel and a 30 minute consult with one of our men’s health specialists to review your lab results and set up your treatment plan. $99 per month gives you access to your specialist by text messaging or secured messaging through our patient portal as well as 2 (two) additional men’s health lab panels for the year at no additional cost!
That’s a total of 3 (three) comprehensive men’s health lab panels PLUS ongoing treatment advice with your men’s health specialist all year long! This is unprecedented value in the men’s health industry!

We understand there may be times when you just need to talk it out with your specialist, change up your treatment plan, or discuss some challenges you’re facing that go beyond what can be communicated in a message. For this reason, we provide easy access at an affordable price to book a 20 minute consultation with your men’s health specialist for $30. You can schedule, at your convenience, through our private patient portal or by clicking here. Note: Payment for consult is due at time of booking and is non-refundable.

We offer an expansive library of lab testing with fair, transparent and deeply discounted pricing at conveniently located Lab Corp and CPL lab facilities.
NOTE: If you have recent labs within last 6 weeks, we are happy to evaluate those and help you avoid unnecessarily repeating a test. The Initial Fee of $200 will apply for evaluation and review of labs you provide for our specialists.
Insurance Reimbursement
We are partnered with Reimbursify which helps patient’s file for reimbursement for out of pocket medical expenses when insurance is out of network or not accepted.
